Your reservation is 100% refundable within the first 15 business days. However, administrative fees related to bank charges will be deducted. These fees are usually minimal and apply only in specific cases.

All units are delivered equipped with A/C minisplit, ceiling fans, carpentry, and kitchen featuring refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, kitchen hood, dishwasher and washing machine. Additional furniture and decoration options are available but not included.
